Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On July 21, 2012, around 23:10, while under the influence of alcohol at a 0.118% alcohol concentration, the said car was driven approximately 1.5 km from the day before the Han-si Hospital to the front of the same dong in the same city as the other dong in Jin-si.
