1. The plaintiff shall sell each real estate listed in the separate sheet to an auction and deduct the auction cost from the proceeds.
Reasons
The Plaintiff and the Defendants shared each real estate listed in the separate sheet according to the ratio listed in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition. If so, each real estate listed in the separate sheet shall be sold at auction and its price shall be divided according to the share ratio of the plaintiff and the defendants' share. It is so decided as per Disposition.
