A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:35 on June 2, 2019, the Defendant driven a 0.173% alcohol level from the road front of a restaurant in Jeju-si to the road front of an E-pharmacy in Jeju-si, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.173%, the Defendant driven a f125cc Oralb in the section of approximately 2 km from the road front of a restaurant in Jeju-si to the road front of a pharmacy in Jeju-si.
