Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On February 12, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of one million won or more for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on February 12, 2009; on May 27, 2010, a fine of 3.5 million won or more for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; and on January 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the same court.

around 16:00 on April 4, 2013, the Defendant driven C cargo vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of 0.166% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of 302 new-use apartments located in Seosan-dong, Seosan-si to the front side of 302 apartments from about 4 meters to 305 apartments.

As a result, the Defendant violated it more than twice even though he was unable to drive a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and again drive the said cargo under the influence of alcohol.

On June 14, 2013, at around 20:45, the Defendant driven C truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.279% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 20km from the day before the Seoan-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, which is located in Seoan-si, Seoan-si, Sinsan-si, to the front day of the Sinan-gun, Sinan-gun, Taean-gun, the Defendant driven C truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 20km.

As a result, the Defendant violated it more than twice even though he was unable to drive a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and again drive the said cargo under the influence of alcohol.
