A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Daejeon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a summary order of KRW 3 million from the same court on August 2, 2013, respectively.

On May 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.209% with blood alcohol concentration around 01:52, and led to the flow of the said car from the Western-distance off to the flow of U.S. in accordance with the two-lanes of D in front of the Daejeon-gu C.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and led the Defendant to the back-winger of the Fstynael driven by the victim E (the 40-year-old) who stops for the signal waiting in the front room by negligence, and shocked the back-winger of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E and the victim G (n, 27 years old), who is the passenger of the victim vehicle, on the part of the above business negligence, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, destroyed the above taxi owned by the victim (i.e., the victim) with the repair cost of KRW 2,157,813, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victims.

On May 11, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) in the section of about 9km from the front day of the Daejeon Seo-gu, Seosan University Hospital to the road near the Seoyang-gu, Daejeon University Hospital.
