Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2012, from around 16:10 to 17:25, the Defendant participated in the 19th National Assembly on May 19, 201, which held a “the National Commemoration Committee for D Victims”, etc. in the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Automatic, Yongsan-gu Seoul.

After the completion of the above 17:25 on the same day, the Defendant moved along with approximately 3,50 participants in other assemblies with about five lanes in the direction of proceeding, and moved along to the front letter of sublime, the Bank of Korea street, and the passage of the road through the entrance of the land through the entrance of the Gu, and thereafter, the Defendant occupied the 10-lanes of the road in front of the exit of the 18:15 on the same day, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle by using the method of leading up to the 10-lanes of the road in front of the exit of the 5-lane.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
