Punishment of the crime

C In order to run in the election for the 19th National Assembly member implemented on April 11, 2012, on December 13, 2011, upon registering as a preliminary candidate for the election district in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si on December 13, 201, and applying for the election for D. The Defendant: (a) notified the electors of the name and face in advance; and (b) sentenced them to the 19th National Assembly election for the 19th National Assembly member; (c) decided on November 8, 201, the head of the team of each Dong of the "Empic Association", which was established by himself/herself and is in charge of the chairperson, to the effect that C would be expected to participate in the Busan F in the mountain on November 8, 2011; and (d) decided that C would be willing to participate in the campaign and promote C to the participants in the mountain.
