A sold real estate, such as H, I, and J, from the former North Chang-gun to the Defendant B, and sold K and other real estate to the Defendant C.

1. On October 2016, Defendant A, who committed joint crimes under Defendant A and B, knew that he/she provided a credit guarantee to a person who intends to return to a rural community, and provided a credit guarantee to a financial institution, in order to create jobs in a stable rural community and in order to foster excellent human resources in other industries having managerial ability to return to a rural community through support in the creation of agricultural start-up and residential space, and to foster them to a succeeding personnel, Defendant A and Defendant B applied for a loan guarantee to the Korea Agricultural and Fishery Personnel Credit Guarantee Fund for a real estate transaction agreement by making up for the installment of the purchase price of the real estate transaction agreement, and Defendant B consented thereto. Upon the execution of the loan, Defendant B proposed that “The amount of funds in which the actual purchase price is returned out of the loan shall be used at a place necessary to return it.”

As a result, the Defendants conspired to make up for the purchase price of real estate sales contract and to apply for a loan guarantee to the victims on this basis.

On January 1, 2017, the Defendants prepared a real estate sale contract with the purchase price of the real estate in the former Go Chang-gun, the purchase price of which is KRW 90 million, and KRW 210,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 in the residence of Defendant A located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul. Defendant B submitted an application to support farming business start-up and housing purchase cost of KRW 285,00,000,000,000,000 from the Agricultural Technology Center in order to support the purchase and sale of the said real estate and the purchase cost of the agricultural business start-up and housing purchase cost of KRW 285,00,00,00,00,000,00,000,00,000.
