Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, from around 2009 to around December, 2009, is a person who has been working as the secretary general of the F (hereinafter referred to as the “victim Association”) and has been in practical control over the operation of the Victim Association, its organization, budget, etc., and Defendant B, who was working as the secretary general of G (hereinafter referred to as “G”) from around 2003 to December 201, has been in practical control over the operation of G organization, budget, etc.

On the same day, at around 13:22 of the same day, L transferred 5 million won from the said M’s account to the OE bank account.
The suspect A continues to hold a " Q Games" from November 25, 2010 to November 27, 201 of the same year in the P located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.
