When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant driven Ckntro vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of at least 0.175% from the front of the 'Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-si, Yacheon-si's University to the front of the 'Yacheon-dong, Yacheon-si' Kandong-dong.
