A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2015, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) stated that the drinking traffic accident occurred in the distance of 112 near the 1-lane in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si 6 (Gu branch office) and sent to the site; (b) stated that “A police box of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station B, which belongs to the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station B, who was requested by the head of the police station D to take a drinking test, “I are being able to grow up with a fluorcing sofly with a view to drinking driving,” and assaulted the Defendant by cutting down the floor by a drinking measuring instrument used by the above C on his arms, and then cutting down the chest of the said D on his hand, killinging the flab and spinging it.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the drinking measurement.

1. The reason for sentencing of imprisonment with prison labor lies in a traffic accident that causes the vehicle of the F driver who had been driving in a considerable amount of alcohol at the time of the instant case.

The police officer E and C who received the report of an accident arrived at the site, caused the Defendant to drink water while dealing with the accident, and the Defendant attempted to dump the ground by cutting a drinking measuring instrument to the land and cutting it to the ground.

The defective Defendant, who is a police officer, and E and C, tried to put the Defendant to escape, continued to engage in a serious act of the police officer, such as pushing the chest of the police officer and sprinking him, by using his body and force, and sponsing him, and cutting the handphone of C, who tried to have taken photographs of the situation,.

The two police officers in the above two names were unable to control the defendant who was brupted, and the police officers forced him to control the defendant with the support of two police officers.
