A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the Daegu F, adviser G, H, I, J (J on June 18, 2015, respectively), and K, a representative director in the name of the company, is the representative director of the company, was engaged in the sale of sound and vibration exercise equipment and the recruitment of chain stores, and conspired to acquire investments from many and unspecified persons under the pretext of paying high-profit profits exceeding the principal.

1. Any person who intends to run multi-level marketing business shall register his/her multi-level marketing business with the Mayor/Do Governor;

However, the aforementioned F et al., without registering multi-level marketing business, established the headquarters of “stock company E” in the Dongcheon-si L Building from March 15, 2014 to February 3, 2015, and established 86 and 401 agencies nationwide, such as Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Busan, Ulsan, Ulsan, and Chungcheongnam-do. The Defendant established the Daegu Seo-gu Ma and participated in the operation of the said company while taking charge of the role corresponding to each class by establishing the Daegu Seo-gu Ma.

The persons concerned with the above companies, including the Defendant, explain the purpose of inviting members through the head office, the general sales board, and the agencies affiliated with the general sales board, and recruit multi-stage sales members as follows: (a) if the members pay 9.6.8 million won to the company's business leasing 1,2760,000 won per year; (b) if they pay 7.7 million won to the company leasing 1,0455,000 won per year; and (c) if they pay 26 million won to the company leasing 1,0450,000 won for the company's business leasing 1,0450,000 won per year; and (d) if they pay 3,40

Persons related to the above companies including the defendant are recruited by multi-level marketing salespersons for many and unspecified persons as above, and the sales clerks (if registered as FC, 300,000 won per month under the basic salary shall be paid, and 20,000 won per month shall be promoted to the head of the team if the sales clerks have achieved sales exceeding 25 million won per month for 3 months.
