1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from March 18, 2008 to September 30, 2015; and (b) October 1, 2015.

1. A lawsuit for the extension of prescription in a loan case involving the extension of the period for loans extended by Sungwon District Court 2008Gadan9852; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the said Act, the part demanding a damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims for damages for delay is dismissed.
