Purport of claim and appeal
1..
Reasons
The reasons why the court should explain this case are as follows: “This special clause shall not apply to personal compensation I, notwithstanding the above provision, if the insured motor vehicle was stolen, insurance money shall be paid for the damage incurred due to an accident of insured motor vehicle occurred between the time it was stolen and the time it was stolen. This special clause shall not apply to personal compensation I.” Thus, it is identical to the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except that it provides that “This special clause shall not apply to personal compensation I.” under the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be cited as it is.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
