E The representative of the G Company (Gu, H), I, J, K, and L private-use truck owner; the owner of the M private-use truck; the owner of the N private-use truck; the owner of the N private-use truck; the owner of the P-use truck; the owner of the P-use truck; the owner of the P-use truck; the owner of the P-owned truck; the owner of the P-owned truck; the owner of Q and R private-use truck; and the owner of Q and R-owned truck.
1. From March 201 to July 7, 201, Defendant A received the transportation cost of KRW 2,000 to KRW 6,000 per one parcel from the shop owners, while transporting the freight, such as clothes, which have been transported in the Seoul Northern Market and the East East-gu Market, using the private-use truck owned by Defendant A, to the stores located in the Busan East-gu Market and the Busan East-gu Market by using the truck, and receiving the transportation cost of KRW 2,00 to KRW 6,00 per one parcel from the shop owners.
Accordingly, the defendant provided a private-use truck for the purpose of cargo transport at a cost.
2. From the date of July 2012 to June 28, 2013, Defendant B received transportation expenses of KRW 2,000 to KRW 10,00 per 1 parcel from the shop owners by using the truck owned by the Defendant in the T parking lot located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, and by using the truck for private use.
Accordingly, the defendant provided a private-use truck for the purpose of cargo transport at a cost.
3. From January 17, 201 to June 27, 2013, Defendant C received transportation expenses of KRW 2,000 to KRW 10,00 per 1 parcel from the shop owner, while transporting freight, such as clothes, which have been transported in the Seoul Southern-gu market and the East-gu market, using an O-owned truck owned by Defendant C, to the clothing or miscellaneous sale stores, such as Z in the Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, and the transportation expenses of KRW 2,00 to KRW 10,00 per 1 parcel.
Accordingly, the defendant's private-use trucks are used for transportation of cargo at a cost.
