A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on August 24, 2012. On June 17, 2015, the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of KRW 8 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on February 24, 2015.

On April 20, 2017, around 13:11, the Defendant driven CFD car with alcohol concentration of about 0.216% while drunk without obtaining a driver’s license from Seongdong-gu Seoul and 102 East to the front door of about 103 meters.
