1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Han-il Bank (the Han-il Bank and the Korean Commercial Bank were merged on January 4, 199, and the trade name was changed to the Korean Bank on May 20, 2002; hereinafter “Korea-Japan Bank”) concluded a credit transaction agreement under the joint and several guarantee of Defendant B, M, C, and network N with the Defendant Company A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) on the basis of applying the basic terms and conditions of bank credit between the Defendant Company A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) and the Defendant Company. Under the said agreement, the loans were made to the Defendant Company A as listed below.

B. According to the above agreement, the interest rate and late payment penalty rate set by Han-il Bank shall apply, and if a financial institution’s interest rate is changed with respect to the above late payment penalty rate, the interest rate of Han-il Bank changed as stated below.
The annual gold rates between the enemy units shall be 17.0% from October 10, 1993 to 17.0% from October 1994 to 17.5% from October 10, 1994 to 17.0% from October 5, 1995 to 18.5% from April 06, 1995 to 18.0% from December 21, 1997 to 18.5% from December 21, 1997 to 19.05% from December 22, 1998 to 19.0% from 19.0% from October 28, 1998 to 19.0% from October 21, 1998 to 19.0% from October 25, 1998 to 19.0% from October 19, 209 to 19.
