Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:20 on September 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported by the Defendant 112 to the 112th class factory of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, B 1st floor; and (b) sent out by the Defendant, D, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Mapo Police Station C District District, in order to remove the Defendant’s wife and the Defendant’s wife; (c) was 2 to 3 smuggling the Defendant’s shoulder; and (d) was womed with the Defendant’s disease, which is a dangerous object on the table.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the prevention of crimes and criminal investigations.
