1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

Defendants: (a) as a member of the D clan, expressed the indication of the registered titleholder with respect to the E woodland E, F answer, G, H Jeon, and I before the D clan; and (b) expressed the indication of the registered titleholder from D clan to D literature; and (c) expressed the intent to forge the minutes of the clan general meeting in order to change the address of the right to registration of real estate from D clan to K when it is safe from D.

1. The Defendants who forged private document: L, at the beginning of January 2012, and around 11:00 on January 2, 2012, at N’s house, the president of the D clan, located in Seoul M apartment 128 Dong 2306, which was the president of the D clan, was held on January 2, 2012, as if Defendant B held a clan meeting in advance, even though it had not held a clan meeting, Defendant B did not hold a clan meeting.

2. General meeting place: Nr. N. N.'s choice (Seoul M apartment 128, 2306, 2306;

3. The number of persons attending a general meeting: Seven persons, among the total number of members;

4. Matters decided by the general meeting: The president of a clan shall convene a general meeting under the name of the president as prescribed in Article 11 and the N of the clan shall attend the general meeting in the name of more than a majority of the members pursuant to Article 13 of the Articles of Incorporation and require the president to resign from the position of the president and elect a new president prior to proceeding with the intention, if the N of the president seeks to elect the chairman as the chief director, who is appointed as the chief director and then appointed as the president, shall accept his appointment and declare the opening of the general meeting and request the deliberation of the following matters:

(m) The representative A,O, L, P, N, Q, or R was written and printed and marked the N’s seal which was held in advance on the name of the N in the meeting minutes.

Accordingly, the Defendants forged a copy of the N’s general meeting minutes, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising them together with L.

2. Defendant A shall have Defendant B submit forged minutes of the general meeting as described in paragraph (1) to the registry office, and Defendant B shall have 156-1, the king-dong, 156-1, Ansan-si around February 23, 2012.
