Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2020, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant on the ground that the male-friendly group of male-child group having performed a male-child group and drinking in a "D" restaurant operated by the Nam-gu Busan, Busan, and the victim C (n, 67 years of age) around July 19, 2020 is bad for the Defendant to leave the place of the dispute after the Defendant, and that the number of restaurant customers who found the place are eating, while the restaurant customers who see the place of drinking and eating on the floor, the Defendant is sking, and the employee “I are customers, and you are this hick.”

When the Defendant was asked questions about the circumstances of the instant case from the victim E, a police official belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station, who was called out after receiving the report of 112 by C, a restaurant proprietor at the time and place indicated in the preceding paragraph, and had 10 persons, such as C, employees, and restaurant customers, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by openly obscing the victim as a large interest, such as “this Chewing child, bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit.”
