The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is unreasonable because the sentence imposed by the court below against the defendant (one year of imprisonment) is too unhutiled.

2. Ex officio determination of ex officio. According to Article 63(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, where the dwelling, office, or present address of the defendant is unknown, service by public notice may be made if the dwelling, office, or present address of the defendant is unknown, service by public notice shall be made. In the event the defendant's home number or other mobile phone numbers are shown in the record, the defendant's attempt to identify the place of service by public notice shall be made after contact with the above telephone number, and service by public notice shall not be permitted immediately without taking such measures.

According to the records, ① the Defendant was present at the 15th trial date of the lower court (by August 31, 201), but was absent on the 16th trial date (by date: October 26, 201) designated, ② the lower court requested the cancellation of the above designated number of days of trial when it was impossible to serve the Defendant on the grounds that the order to change the trial date served on the Defendant’s domicile was “director’s unknown” on October 26, 201, by issuing a detention warrant to the Defendant on October 26, 2011. On February 28, 2012, the Defendant requested the head of Yongsan-gu Police Station to detect the location of “115 on the 15th floor of the Seoul Yongsan-gu OO building, Seoul)” which is the Defendant’s domicile. However, on March 12, 2012, the Defendant was present at the 20th trial date of the lower court and requested to cancel the above designated number of days of trial on March 17, 2018th trial date.
