A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on May 31, 2014;

A. On May 31, 2014, around 17:30 on May 31, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the first floor of the above reading room that the victim Q, a general manager of the reading room, by thefting other property.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the above 1-A-bea-bea-bea-bea-bea-bea-bea-bea-be-bea-be (hereinafter “the victim”), committed theft with a bicycle equal to KRW 170,000,

2. The crime committed on June 12, 2014;

A. On June 12, 2014, around 19:10, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim’s instant shot room, the Plaintiff, who was the owner of the instant shot room, by thefting other property from the shot room; and (b) intruded the victim’s operation inside the shot room.

B. The Defendant stolen 180,000 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession, which was contained in the instant 2-A credit cooperative at the time and place.
