1. No person who violates the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name shall register real estate under the name of the title trustee pursuant to the title trust agreement;

A. A. around May 8, 2013, Defendant A and Defendants purchased real estate by Defendant C, and agreed to sell real estate under the name of another person in which Defendant C had a physical colored. Defendant A purchased real estate through Defendant C at the Q Licensed Real Estate Agent’s office located in the Gu P located in Cheongju-si P around May 2013, and made a title trust agreement with B to register the ownership transfer under B’s name.

A around May 6, 2013, according to the above title trust agreement, purchased a building located in Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-si, Seowon-si, through Defendant C, and completed a sales contract with the purchaser B, and around May 8, 2013, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Cheongju District Court registered in Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to register the real right to real estate in the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

(2) On May 8, 2013, according to the title trust agreement under the above paragraph (1), Defendant B registered the transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant with respect to a building located in Seowon-gu, Seowon-si, Seowon-si, Seowon-si.

B. Around June 13, 2013, Defendant A and the Defendants: (a) purchased real estate by Defendant A; (b) conspired to sell real estate under a title trust in the name of another person colored by Defendant C; and (c) Defendant A purchased real estate through Defendant C at the office of Q Licensed Real Estate Agents on June 2013 and concluded a title trust agreement with B to register the ownership transfer in the name of B.

A Pursuant to the above title trust agreement, around June 3, 2013, from C through Defendant C at the office of the above Qua Licensed Real Estate Agent.
