A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 26, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was driving a B-to-p motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.137% at around 05:50%, and was driving ahead of the B-to-pubed road located in Busan Metropolitan City 9 YMM on the side of the B-to-pubed intersection where the Busan National Fire Center was under the influence of alcohol and was driving ahead of it by wrong operation of a steering gear on the side of the Busan National Fire Center while driving it on the side of the B-to-pubed intersection, which led the Busan National Fire Headquarters to the direction of the Busan National Fire Headquarters.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim, such as salt dump, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks.
2. On July 25, 2008, the Defendant has been sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Busan District Court's branch court's support on July 25, 2008, and on November 9, 2009, the same court was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc.
On April 26, 2014, at around 05:50, the Defendant driven a B-hurged vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 3km from around 0.137% under the influence of alcohol to the front road of the B-hurged vehicle located in the D-hurg-dong, Busan, Suwon-gu, Busan, U.S. 9-dong.
