Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:50 on January 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) taken the head of the victim D(50) on the street in front of the Pakistan, and (b) taken several times with her head, and caused injury on the left-hand side of the Defendant, by taking care of approximately 21 days to the victim.
