The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Facts charged by the Defendant: (a) on June 3, 2017, the Nam-gu Incheon National University of Arts around 12:20

In order to live in a room from the victim D(45) in 702 Dong Dong, Incheon detention center of 30, 702, there was assaulting the victim's face twice in his/her hand.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. On March 22, 2018, after the prosecution of this case, the victim D appeared as a witness in this court and testified, expressed his intention not to punish the defendant.
