1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 1, 200 to the day of complete payment.

1. On June 1, 1992, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant with interest rate of KRW 1,50,000 per month and due date of payment as of December 30, 1992.

The plaintiff filed an application with the defendant for the payment order for the above loans with the Changwon District Court 2004Ra1008, Changwon District Court 2004. The above court ordered the payment order for 30,000,000 won as of October 19, 200 and damages for delay calculated as of January 1, 200. The above payment order was finalized on November 5, 2004.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff who filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription the amount of KRW 30,000,000 and damages for delay calculated by the rate of KRW 15% per annum for the plaintiff from January 1, 200 to January 1, 200.
