[Criminal Power] On September 16, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and medical treatment and custody for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on September 16, 201, and completed the execution of medical treatment and custody at the Public Medical and Custody Center on November 5, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant, from around 13:43 on May 10, 2013 to 20:37 on the same day, 5 industrial contact stuffs containing Toluene (3, 250g, 150g g, 150g g), containing hallucinogenic substances, were injected for about 1-2 hours at the entrance of the sealed paper by dividing 27 plastic bags into 140 meters.
