If the defendant's counterclaim does not include more active contents than seeking the dismissal of the principal claim as to the counterclaim, it shall be deemed that there is no benefit as a counterclaim. The defendant's counterclaim seeking a judgment, such as the statement in paragraph (2) of the purport of the claim, is merely seeking a dismissal of the principal claim, and it shall be deemed unlawful.

3. According to the conclusion, we decide to accept the plaintiff's main claim and dismiss the defendant's counterclaim. It is so decided as per Disposition.
