A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim B (the age of 17) came to know through the “C”, a smartphone hosting app, around February 4, 2018.

1. On February 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (sexual purchase, etc.) committed a sexual intercourse with the victim by paying 400,000 won for sexual traffic even though he/she was aware of the fact that the victim was a child or juvenile at Osan-si, and by promising the victim to have sexual intercourse with the victim, and then, sexual intercourse with the victim four times in total with the victim on the second floor of Osan-si Felur.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

2.
