1. Defendant Sejong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 322,568,945 and its amount from September 13, 2013.

Facts of recognition

On July 31, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant Howon Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Howon Construction”) under which the construction of a new apartment house (hereinafter “instant construction”) (hereinafter “instant contract”) was awarded to Defendant Howon Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Howon Construction”) (hereinafter “instant construction”) (hereinafter “instant contract”) and its main contents are as follows.

1. Construction name: New construction of B collective housing;

2. Construction site: C in the case of Gyeongnam-si.

3. Date of commencement: August 1, 2012.

4. Date scheduled for completion, April 30, 2013.

5. Total floor area of 14,324.31 square meters;

6. Contract amount: (a) on November 20, 2012, the Plaintiff, at KRW 13.256 million, subcontracted to Defendant Sejong Industry Development Co., Ltd. (Seoul High Industrial Development Co., Ltd.; (b) on December 17, 2012, the amount of the contract for the instant construction work (hereinafter “instant civil construction work”) KRW 1.35 million to Defendant Sejong High Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Sejong Industrial Development”).

Defendant Sejong Industrial Development re-subcontracted part of the civil engineering works of this case to D, etc. (hereinafter “re-subcontractors of this case”), and the contents thereof are as follows.
