[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant via a mobile phone agent, upon receiving the request from B to provide a copy of identification card necessary for opening a mobile phone from B, provided the personal information database acquired through hacking to E through B, and asked E, F, and G to inquire into a person who does not have access to a mobile phone from a mobile network to a mobile network (hereinafter “one-time person”) and send his/her personal information to E via B.
