1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant D, E, F, G, H, B, I, J, K, and L among the real estate listed in the attached Table 1.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Of the Suwon-gun M Forestry Survey Report (No. 1; hereinafter “the instant forest survey report”) drafted around around 1910, the names of “S(P)(P)(P)” and “S(P)(P)” were included in the “owner or relative “Y” column,” and “S(P)” were included in the “S” list on the instant forest land parcel number among the Suwon-gun Forest Forest Survey Report (hereinafter “instant forest survey report”).
B. The forest land of this case was divided into each land listed in the separate sheet on April 1, 1967 (hereinafter “instant land”) with regard to the division and registration of forest land (1).
(2) As to the forest land No. 1 of this case, the registration of ownership preservation in the name of Suwon District Court was received on Oct. 2, 1987 as T, No. 34398, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of U was received on Jun. 9, 2003 by the same registry office as the registration of ownership transfer in the name of U was completed on Jun. 26, 2003 by the registration office No. 65541, which was received on Jun. 26, 2003; the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant B was completed on March 20, 2006 by the registration office No. 38039, Mar. 20, 2006; No. 38040, Mar. 20, 206; No. 9498, Jun. 19, 2007; and No. 71463, May 21, 2008.
(3) As to the forest land No. 2 of this case, the registration of ownership preservation in the name of Defendant C was completed on March 15, 1962 by the Suwon District Court Seosung Registry No. 4893, Mar. 15, 1962.
C. Inheritance Relation P (1) Plaintiff’s inheritance relation P (S, V, permanent address: YW) died in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Seoul, July 15, 1946, and Y solely inherited the deceased’s property, and Y died on August 24, 1993, the Plaintiff and co-inheritors jointly inherited the Y’s property, but the Plaintiff acquired their inheritance shares from co-inheritors around July 201.
(2) The inheritance relationship (A) of the registered titleholders died on December 18, 1996, and Defendant K and C were jointly succeeded to the property of the registered titleholders.
