1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 12:00 on March 1, 2013, the Defendant found one registration number plate behind the non-owned market price of the victim C, which is the ownership of the lost DaM520 car, at the entrance and street of the scrapping site near the Kimhae-si B.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use an automobile registration number plate;

The Defendant denied the use of one motor vehicle registration number plate which was acquired as above without obtaining permission from the competent authority for the purpose of exercising vehicle operation at the time and place specified in the above Paragraph (1) as if it were duly issued and attached by attaching it to the back of the EF office and another motor vehicle registration license plate, the Defendant owned the Defendant.

3. The Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event exercised the air defense that was illegally used by attaching an automobile registration number plate that was unlawfully used as above from the date and time stated in paragraph (1) to 00:40 of the same month.
