1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 270,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from February 14, 2009 to the date of full payment.

1. On December 4, 2009, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Defendants for a loan claim of Suwon District Court 2009Gahap86555, and on December 4, 2009, the Defendant “from the above court” paid to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 270,00,000 and the amount calculated at the rate of 30% per annum from February 14, 2009 to the date of full payment. The said judgment became final and conclusive on the 29th of the same month.

The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit to interrupt extinctive prescription of a claim established by the final judgment above.
