【Criminal Facts】

On January 4, 2020, at around 23:38, the Defendant driven an E-3 car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.184% from the front side of the “C” in Gwangju Mine-gu, to the front side of the same Gu D, approximately 3km.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

1. Around 17:00 on March 13, 2020, the Defendant driven an E 3-car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front parking lot of the F apartmentdong in Gwangju Mine-gu to the front road of the H apartment in Gwangjubuk-gu, without obtaining a driving license from around 4km.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving EK3 cars.
