The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two months, with prison labor for two months, for crimes referred to in 1, 4, and 6, and for five months.

On September 13, 2012, the Defendant had been sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution as a result of the crime of interference with business, and on September 21, 2012, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:00 to 23:00 on September 20, 2012, the Defendant found the victim D’s “E Hop” in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, while drinking, and continued to see the victim’s “E Hop” in the front door of the door, and changed the victim’s drinking, and the victim did not sell the drinking, and the Defendant interfered with the victim’s drinking business by force for about 40 minutes by force, such as: (a) the Defendant’s flaping of the victim’s drinking; and (b) the Defendant’s flaping of the flap to the flap; and (c) the Defendant’s flaping of the flap to the flap; and (b) the Defendant’s flaping of the flap to the flap to the flap of the flab.

2. 피고인은 2012. 9. 말 22:00 ~ 23:00경 위 ‘E 호프집’에 술에 취한 채 찾아가 가게 앞에 자신이 소지하고 있던 가방을 내던진 후 가게 안으로 들어가 아무런 이유 없이 “야! 씹할놈들아!”이라고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하며 피해자 D에게 술을 달라고 하였고, 피해자가 이를 거절하자, 피해자와 다른 손님들을 향해 온갖 욕설을 퍼 붓고 큰 소리를 쳐 피해자가 피고인을 가게 밖으로 끌어내자 다시 가게 안으로 들어와 행패를 부리고, 이에 피해자가 112에 신고를 한다고 하자, 피해자에게 “신고해 봐라 개새끼야! 내가 뭘 잘못했는데! 내가 끌려가나 보자!”라며 가게 안 의자에 앉아 계속하여 큰 소리를 치며 위력을 행사하는 방법으로 당시 가게 안에 있던 손님들을 거의 모두 나가게 하는 등 약 40분 동안 위력으로 피해자의 술집영업 업무를 방해하였다.

3. At around 22:00 to 23:00 on September 29, 2012, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol to the E Hop on the said “E Hop” and was in front of it.
