Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven CK7 car with alcohol level of 0.141% in the blood while under the influence of around 02:51 on December 31, 2016 without a driver’s license; (b) driven CK7 car at the speed of 0.141% in the blood; and (c) driven two lanes in front of the “E” restaurant located in the north-gu D at the port of port at the court from the jurisdiction of the court to the two-lanes of the “E” restaurant at the speed of the court; (d) was driven by negligence in the course of driving the vehicle on the right side of the road due to the driver’s negligence while neglecting the duty of electric shock and space in the state of alcohol; and (e) received the part of the driver’s length in front of the said K7 car.
