Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 88"

1. Around February 14:18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a D New Character car from approximately 1.5 km section from the front of the Gangwon-do, the front of the B to the front of C at the same time without a driver’s license.

2. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
