A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving of CPa car;

On April 18, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol, as set forth in Paragraph 2, while driving it on April 18, 2015, and driving it along the two-lanes from the border distance to the parallel of gold-ro 1530-14 located in the Namyang-si, Jyang-do.

At the time, there are nights, and there are a white clothes that can be displayed in the opposite lane, so the driver has a duty of care to live well on the front side and the left side, and to safely drive the vehicle and prevent the accident by safely driving it.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to commit the above white live line while driving the above white live line, and the part on the left side of the victim D(the age of 46) driving with the long distance from the opposite side of the live line was driven by the Defendant in front of the right side of the said car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim D, such as catum salt in need of treatment for about two weeks, suffered injury on the victim FF (26 years of age) who was on the said taxi in light of the trend and the catum catum that requires treatment for about two weeks, and went away without taking necessary measures, such as destroying the said taxi to the extent that the repair cost, such as 2,153,800 won, such as the exchange and maintenance of the catum, was damaged, and immediately stopping the said taxi and providing relief to the victims.

2. On April 18, 2015, at around 00:04, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) and was under the influence of alcohol of about 0.181% in the section of approximately 8km of blood alcohol at around 01:35 on the same day from the rear apartment parking lot of the Jinju apartment located in the Nam-gu Eup in the Namyang-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul to the front road of about 74:35 on the same day.
