A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (W, 27 years of age) who was married home on the street in Ulsannam-gu B around September 24, 2020; (b) forcedly commit an indecent act; (c) followed the Defendant’s E-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wed-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wnhn-W-Wnhn W-W-Wnhn W-W-Wn W-Wn L-W-Wn W-Wn L-Wn W-Wn W-W-Wn W-Wn L-W-Wn W-Wn W

At around 05:08 on the same day, the Defendant left panty and panty apartment parking lot in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and left panty, followed by the victim. The victim’s her mar, her mar, was pushed her to the extent that the victim’s mar was in contact with the mar, and the victim her mar was found to have discovered the Defendant, and the victim was exposed to his her mar in the state that the victim was exposed to his her sarbia, 20-30 meters away from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim's will.
