Reasons
Punishment of the crime
As the Defendant submitted a false certificate of employment, a pre-paid contract, etc. to prepare and divide the pre-paid loan, and agreed to do so, and agreed to do so, the Defendant conspired to make a false application for a pre-paid loan to acquire the loan from a financial institution in order to acquire the loan from the financial institution by using the fact that the loan of the pre-paid housing is made with the network C, D, the lessor’s role as the lessor, and the representative EF, etc. (State), together with the fact that the loan of the pre-paid housing loan is made only through a formal document examination.

On September 9, 2010, the Defendant prepared a false lease contract with the purport that “a lease is made from a lessor D to a deposit of KRW 80 million (a down payment of KRW 10 million) between 703 Dong-gu and 1204, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, to a deposit of KRW 80 million (a down payment of KRW 10 million)” through a lessor, even though he/she did not think that he/she would reside by entering into a lease contract. At the location of a bank located in Yong-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, the Defendant submitted the false lease contract, certificate of employment, etc. as above to the employee of the victim bank and applied for a loan of Jeon-gu.
Therefore, around September 17, 2010, the Defendant received a deposit of KRW 56 million from the Victim’s Bank to the bank account in the name of D.
Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victim in collusion with the deceased C, D, or F in sequence.
