A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2015, the Defendant driven Dsch Rexton vehicles under the influence of alcohol by 0.126% in blood alcohol concentration, from the entrance of Denden Park located in Snden-dong, 1423, 64-gil, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, to the 1km-ro, 1403 (Handong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-ro, Busan, at a level of about 1km from the entrance of Denmark Park to the 1403 (Han-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong).

2. On August 22, 2015, at the entrance of Denmark Park, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the Defendant was a drunk driver, a auxiliary police officer affiliated with the Busan Busan Summer Police Station E-(22 years of age) who was under the influence of drinking at the entrance of the Denmark Park on August 22, 2015, in order to verify whether the Defendant was under drinking alcohol; (b) confirmed that the Defendant was under drinking at the drinking-free engine during the process of checking whether the Defendant was under drinking alcohol with the driver’s seat of the vehicle indicated in paragraph (1) operated by the Defendant; (c) the said victim’s grandchildren who did not take a speed-on to take a speed-on-on-on-way and did not have his hand deducted from the driver’s seat, resulting in the victim’s injury to the right-hand salt, the

3. On August 22, 2015, the Defendant damaged public water, at around 02:20 on August 22, 2015, the lower court: (a) on the left side of the instant police vehicle that the Defendant was driven by G with the upper side of the said fexton vehicle operated by G with the upper side of the said fexton vehicle.
