Punishment of the crime

From July 2004 to May 31, 2014, the Defendant, as an employee of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the victim D Food, Ltd., and the head of the department of voluntary management, from November 2009 to May 31, 2014, was in charge of managing the prices of goods received from the customers.

1.
