1. The Defendant’s KRW 27,533,974 as well as the Plaintiff’s 5% per annum from March 31, 2018 to February 18, 2021.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 31, 2018, around 16:00, the Plaintiff passed the joint entrance door (hereinafter “the entrance of this case”) of 1 and 2 L, in order to enter the building of Kimhae-si apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) where she lives for the purpose of visiting her house.
