A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2020, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Hongsung branch of the Daejeon District Court.

On April 26, 2020, at around 19:20, the Defendant driven CPoter Ⅱ while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.148% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of Seosan City, B, to the seaside boundary fence adjacent to the road.

As a result, the Defendant driven a cargo vehicle without a driver's license, and at the same time violated the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.
