Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 2012, the Defendant purchased another Obane, which caused the malfunction of B filial dynama, and attempted to operate with a number plate attached to B Obama.

피고인은 2012. 8.경 주거지인 전북 정읍시 C, C동 512호 주차장에서 위 B 오토바이 번호판을 효성 랠리(차대번호D) 오토바이에 부착하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant used a number plate, an air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. 부정사용공기호행사 피고인은 2015. 5. 17. 14:40경 정읍시 C, C동 512호 주차장에서부터 같은 시 하북동에 있는 공단주유소 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 3km 구간에서 제1항 기재와 같이 위조한 번호판을 부착한 효성 랠리(차대번호D) 오토바이를 운행하여 부정사용공기호를 행사하였다.

3. 도로교통법위반(무면허운전) 피고인은 제2항 기재 일시, 장소에서 원동기장치 자전거 운전면허 없이 효성 랠리(차대번호D) 오토바이를 운행하였다.

4. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

피고인은 제2항 기재 일시, 장소에서 의무보험에 가입하지 아니한 효성 랠리(차대번호D) 오토바이를 운행하였다.
