Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2012, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 300 meters from the street in front of the Defendant’s residence in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to the street upperly upper end of about 15-2, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at around 300 meters from the street in front of the Defendant’s dwelling in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul, to the street upper end of about 15-2.
