The defendant shall be innocent.

Judgment

1. The defendant's argument is that the defendant was contacted at the construction site of a new building where the construction was interrupted, reported to the police, reported to the police, and requested the police officer to leave the site along with his wife, and that F was carrying an article at that place, and requested the police officer to investigate the article, and that F was carrying out construction materials leased from G, and that F did not constitute larceny in such a case and that F was allowed to carry out temporary materials and that F did not report false facts to the police officer.

Comprehensively taking account of the following circumstances acknowledged by the records and arguments in the instant case, it is difficult to recognize the fact that the Defendant reported false facts to an investigative agency, solely with the evidence submitted by the prosecutor, and it is difficult to recognize that the Defendant had an intention to make a false accusation.

Around August 2014, the Defendant contracted the construction of a new building for the land of Tae-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun to H, and H appointed F as the site director and had him/her carry out the said construction.
