A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted larceny of structures at night at the Daegu District Court on January 9, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 17th day of the same month, and is still under the suspended sentence.

The defendant is a business owner who operates sexual traffic establishments with the trade name of "C" in Daegu Northern-gu B.

The Defendant, from July 17, 2015 to September 19, 2015, employed women, etc. and found their places from the above places of sexual traffic, received KRW 120,000 as the price for sexual traffic from male customers, and paid KRW 70,000 among them to the women of sexual traffic, and arranged commercial sex trafficking by having them do the sexual organ of male customers and to stimulate them into the sexual organ of male customers by hand.
